I am looking to buy a more fuel-efficent, fun, and fairly cheap mode of transportation for this summer. A motorcycle seems to be the logical choice, and here is one that is jumping out at me:

I’d stay away. More trouble than it’s worth. But if that’s what you’re into, go for it.

A 100 cc 2-stroke would not be a great choice... That’s barely bigger than a scooter, so highway speeds aren’t going to be possible. And 2-strokes are not ideal for a daily driver...
Factor in that you’ll also have to find a front wheel as well as get it titled... I suggest that you keep looking.
